Bike To Work Day

Established in 1956 by the League of American Bicyclists, National Bike Month is a chance to showcase the many benefits of bicycling — and encourage more folks to give biking a try. As part of National Bike Month, the MPO will celebrate Bike to Work Day (BTWD) on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 (new date!) and will participate in Bike Month activities throughout the MPO study area.

Commute and non-commute bicycle trips can be recorded. You must live in the MPO study area (Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe and a portion of Kendall County) to be eligible for prizes. The full list of prizes will be announced in May when the challenge begins.
